It is hardly an exaggeration to state that the Buccaneer SE is one of BSA’s greatest airguns. It is incredibly well-made and lives up to the BSA brand. Buccaneer is known for its pinpoint precision and shot consistency. It is a PCP air rifle with a maximum pressure of 232 BARs (3365 psi). The fun is powered by a rear-mounted bolt action that is a touch stiff and needs some effort to cock the pistol, but it eases out progressively with continued usage. It feels good to rest your cheek against it.
The stock also incorporates etching on the handle and fore-stock to help you grasp the pistol firmly in your hand. Buccaneer has no open sights, therefore shooting will need the use of optics or scopes. Buccaneer use a 10-round rotary magazine that is simple to load and slips easily into the receiver. The Buccaneer’s front end contains a half-inch UNF thread for attaching suppressors or other accessories. Overall, the pistol is well-made, and the accuracy is excellent, despite the fact that the bolt action is intended for steady shooters who take their time while targeting, which can be stressful for those in a hurry.
